DESCRIPTION:Membership is about more than attending—it’s about belonging. As members\, we commit to walking together in faith\, caring for one another\, and participating in the mission God has given our church. \nIf you’ve been regularly worshiping with us\, serving\, and participating in a Community Group\, we invite you to take your next step by joining Discovering Orangewood\, our membership class.  \nWhile membership is not required to attend\, serve\, or be part of many areas of church life\, it is a meaningful way to formally identify with our church family. Covenant membership is an intentional commitment to our shared mission\, doctrine\, and care for one another. It’s our way of saying\, “This is my church\, and these are my people.” \nThroughout this experience\, you’ll learn about our mission\, vision\, values\, beliefs\, and what it means to become a covenant member of Orangewood. The class takes place over a Friday evening and Saturday morning\, giving you time to learn\, ask questions\, and connect with others who are taking this next step alongside you.  \nAdults & Students: Room 260  \nChildcare: Parents\, please register your children (infants-5th grade) to request childcare. A member of our Children’s Ministry team will contact you to confirm your registration and your childcare needs. \nSchedule: Please review the full schedule before registering. Participation in each step of the membership process is an important part of becoming a member at Orangewood. \nSession 1 — Discovering the Gospel \n\nWhen: Friday\, September 18\, 2026 | 6:00–7:30pm\nLocation: Room 260 (Adults & Students) \nDetails: Dinner and childcare are provided with registration.\n\nSession 2 — Discovering Membership \n\nWhen: Saturday\, September 19\, 2026 | 8:30am–12:00pm\nLocation: Room 260 (Adults) | The Space (Students)\nDetails: Breakfast and childcare are provided with registration.\n\nMembership Interview – Sign up  \n\nWhen: Sunday\, September 27th \nTime: 9:00-9:45am \nLocation: Church Office \n\nMembership Interviews \n\nWhen: Sunday\, October 4 or Sunday\, October 11\nTime: Interview times will be between 8:00–9:40am.\nLocation: Church Offices\n\nMembership Vows \n\nWhen: Sunday\, October 18 or Sunday\, October 25\nTime: Meet in the lobby by 9:15am for rehearsal\nLocation: Sanctuary\n\nQuestions?
