2030 Vision
As we look toward 2030, we’re sharing our three core commitments that we’re centered on.
Gospel Grounded
The gospel is our foundation: it’s not just how we begin the Christian life, but what continues to shape us.
Formation-Focused
Formation is our pathway: the long, faithful work of becoming more like Christ.
Mission-Moved
Mission is the outcome: living sent lives in our neighborhoods, workplaces, and relationships.
Our Values Drive Our Culture
Every value we share is shaped by the Gospel of Jesus Christ recorded in the Bible. These values reflect the convictions that guide our church, influence our decisions, and help us live out our mission.
Always Truth, Always Love
We believe God’s Word is true and we strive to share it with gentleness and respect.
Welcome & Wanted
We want to foster an inviting presence, creating a sense of belonging for every person, no matter where they are in their journey with Jesus.
Better Together
We are committed to our church body, intentionally learning from, encouraging, and supporting each other through all stages of life.
Neighbors Near & Far
We labor alongside our partners, cultivating deep relationships as we seek to bring Christ’s kingdom to earth as it is in heaven.
168 Living
We were created to glorify God and enjoy him, not just ?for an hour each Sunday, but for all 168 hours each week.? We can do this in our work, rest, and play.
Extra-Mile Generosity
We love others out of the abundance given to us through Christ and willingly share our time, finances, gifts, and resources for the sake of the gospel.
Over the past 50 years, we have become a multigenerational body of people from all ages and life stages who gather, connect, and serve for the sake of the church, community, and world.
Celebrating the last 50 years.
Leading into the next 50.
Generations is a forward-looking initiative to establish expanded spaces for Orangewood Church and its many ministries to increase impact to Maitland and beyond, inviting every person into the life-changing story of Jesus.
Our Leadership Team

Tyler is passionate about his kids learning that dad is not perfect, but Jesus is. He has a heart that every skeptic and the religious person in Orlando would find that all they are searching for is only found in one person, Jesus.

After graduating, he married Lindsay and joined the Orangewood team as the Student Ministry Coordinator, and most recently, has become the Director of Student Ministry.

He and his wife, Kristen, share 4 children together, who are current students at OCS, and own a production company together.

While she’s been singing up front and engaging with our worship team on a volunteer level, she’s excited to use her skill sets for the church on a bigger capacity.
