Invitation Sunday

Inviting people into the life-changing story of Jesus is central to who we are as a church, and sometimes that invitation begins with something as simple as, “Would you come to church with me?”

On Sunday, September 20, we’re asking you to invite someone to worship with them at our service. Consider inviting a friend, neighbor, coworker, someone who recently moved to the area, someone who has never attended church or who has been away for some time.

In the weeks leading up to Invitation Sunday, prayerfully consider who you can engage with greater intention. Share a meal, begin a conversation, offer an act of kindness, and invite them to join you here. 

We’ll provide invitations, conversation starters, and other practical tools to help make inviting someone feel natural and personal. While September 20 gives us a day to rally around, our hope extends far beyond one Sunday. As we become increasingly Gospel-Grounded, Formation-Focused, and Mission-Moved, we want invitation to become part of our everyday rhythm. We’re focused on building genuine relationships and making room for others to experience the welcome of Jesus.
